Hosting and database
The application and its Postgres database run on hosted infrastructure in the European Union. The host can technically reach the data it stores for you.
Sign-in
Google and Apple handle authentication. They learn that you signed in here, and give back a name, an email address and a profile picture.
Maps
Map tiles and place links come from a maps provider. Opening the map tells them which area you are looking at; it does not tell them whose trip it is.
Exchange rates
Daily rates are fetched from a public rates service by date and currency pair. The request carries no information about you or the expense.
